We offer a 14-day return window, allowing you to return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided it remains in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Damages and Issues: Immediately report any defects, damages, or incorrect items received to ensure we address and rectify the situation swiftly.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: We’re unable to accept returns on perishable goods, custom-made or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Specific items like swimwear, intimates, and certain accessories must have all original tags and hygienic liners attached for eligibility. Sale items marked as Top Sales, Deal of the Day, Clearance, or Final Sale, as well as Buy One Get One offers, are not returnable.
Cancellations: You have a 2-hour window post-order to request a cancellation via your online account or by emailing info@mranzee.com. We strive to accommodate your request, but can’t guarantee cancellation after this period.
EU Customers: For those in the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing returns without justification, under the conditions mentioned above.
